Getting Started in Nebraska

Withdraw from Current School (if enrolled)
If your child is currently enrolled, submit a written withdrawal letter to formally close enrollment and prevent truancy issues.

File with the State
Submit your annual notification to the Nebraska Department of Education by August 1. This is separate from school withdrawal.
